I have been working in my own private practice since 2018 and now offer counselling through a variety of mediums. Since the pandemic I have added online therapy to my offering alongside traditional face to face counselling and outdoor walking sessions.

I previously worked for the YPSN counselling service in Brighton and have worked with other agencies in the local area as listed below.

  • YPSN (Young People’s Support Network) – offering low cost, short and long term counselling to 16-25 year olds.
  • Young People’s Centre, Brighton – offering short term counselling to 16-25 year olds.
  • Counselling Plus, Hastings – offering short term face to face counselling to adults on low income.

I have recently joined the holistic team at Wilderness Wood Health Hut where I will be working on Thursdays from September 2022.

I have been a counsellor since 2015 and over that time I have worked with a huge variety of clients. Prior to this I worked for almost a decade in the charity sector supporting online mental health education and emotional support services.
